URGENT!!!!!! SCOTT CAHILL national expert on dams warns the Oroville Dam will fail.

AGENDA 21 RADIO

BY PAUL PRESTON

May cause massive destruction of towns and agriculture down stream along with large loss of life.

PAUL PRESTON interviews SCOTT CAHILL  who discusses the high probability the Oroville Dam will fail even in this current run off season.  Scott cites the current reports issued by an independent group who are critical about the way the state of California then adds his own observations regarding the safety of the spillways both emergency and the main spillway along with the main dam itself. Failure of the dam could mean the death of as many as a million people.

In a three hour interview on Agenda 21 Radio CAHILL calls out the California Department of Water Resources and governor Jerry Brown for their negligence in the Oroville Dam crisis as well as the evidence he has seen that the main dam is at risk of failure along with the emergency spillway and the main spillway.

The Main Spillway is in danger from the porting of water underneath the concrete slabs at the entrance of the main spillway.  This porting of water has undermined the main spillway slabs causing massive tunneling under the spillway.

Emergency Spillway suffers from massive vortices of water behind the emergency spillway weir structure.  The vortices are seen in the lake when the water rises to the 901 foot level.  The vortices are signs there is porting of water under the spillway known as a process of piping.  The piping surfaces in front of the dam down stream. This explains why the independent reports are saying DO NOT USE THE EMERGENCY SPILL WAY!!!

The Main Dam is suffering from several leaks that endanger the complete structure and presents a real danger of complete failure which would cause massive flooding as far south as Rio Vista. May cause massive destruction of towns and agriculture down stream along with large loss of life.
