New California issued their 21st Grievance against the state of California by calling for the arrest of Governor Gavin Newsom. The 21st Grievance is in their Chapter 2 issuance of Grievances against the state. Previously New California issued 95 Grievances against the state over a 96 week period ending November 19, 2019.
