On December 28, 2020 New California State and Paul Preston, President of New California State filed suit against California Governor Gavin Newson, former California Secretary of State Alex Padilla and current Secretary of State Shirley Weber for violating California State Election Codes during the November 3, 2020 General Election.
The violations of these codes means all the ballots cast during the election are void and cannot be counted. This means the California General Election of November 3, 2020 will be voided as if there was no election. The 55 Electoral Votes will be void, the 53 seats occupied by California in the House of Representatives will be voided meaning all 53 members will return to California thus vacating their seats! All 80 members of the California State Assembly will be removed from their seats as well as 12 State Senators.
JOE BIDEN WILL LOOSE 55 ELECTORAL VOTES……..
AND HE WILL BE UNDER THE 270 ELECTORAL COLLEGE VOTE THRESHOLD WHICH WILL DISQUALIFY HIM AS PRESIDENT.
