Thousand Oaks, California Boarder Line Bar & Grill Shooting

A gunman entered the Boarder Line Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, CA and began shooting. When it was over there were thirteen dead including a Ventura County Sheriff and the gunman. Sergeant Ron Helus died after being shot multiple times responding to the mass shooting at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California.
Witnesses at the scene described the gunman as tall dark skinned, wearing black cloths and a beard. Reports from people who were in close proximity to the shooter stated the weapon used was a hand gun in which multiple magazines were reloaded into the gun as he went about the bar shooting victims.
One witness who is well trained in the use of weapons stated the shooter appeared to be very well trained with the weapon stating he assumed the proper stance and position. Law enforcement at the scene said the shooter also used smoke bombs to add further confusion.
