Yuba City, CA Jeanette Finicum, the widow of LaVoy Finicum (who was murdered by government agents when he stood with other ranchers and supporters protesting the government’s unconstitutional tyranny), was the guest speaker at the Feather River Tea Party’s December 18, 2017, meeting (handout attached). Wednesday, she was in the Nevada courtroom when the judge declared a mistrial due to the government’s “bungling” of the Bundy case. Judge Navarro said the prosecutors had willfully failed to disclose key evidence in the case, including FBI records about surveillance and government snipers at the Bundy ranch, activity logs, law enforcement threat assessments showing the Bundy family posed no threat of violence, and internal reports about BLM agent misconduct.
